I've been ordering here for years. The satisfaction I was expecting with my recent order was subpar. When I recieved my order it was inaccurate and I firmly believe it was someone else's order. How hard is it to make a sub and deliver it in a timely manner. Obviously here you need a masters degree to even get the right order. Truly dissatisfied with this place

A coworker ordered food to be delivered at our job and I guess things were missing cause the delivery driver came back, sat a bag on the counter, and started walking away. I said “have a good day” and I was given a pissed off “mmmm” as if I was the one who did something wrong. I get if you’re mad but in a place of business in front of our customer to someone who wasn’t even the one who ordered was messed up. The customer I was helping and the next in line both were surprised at the attitude and response. If you’re miserable with your job don’t take it out on random people.

Robert was an awesome sandwich maker. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the different sandwiches. We had him pick ours. Great!
Sub par customer service (leadership). If you're wanting to be treated like a 'paying' customer, you'd be better off shopping anywhere else in town.Seriously lacking customer service. I will no longer shop/support our local shop.

Haven't eaten it since getting sick for eating it (usually the gf would bring it back to the house), but the one time I walked in I was blasted by a sickeningly sweet/sour smell like the food was going bad sitting there; I get that arizona is an oven during the summer but I'm fairly certain that when dealing with open storage food that the temperature needs to be around 65 degrees Fahrenheit to keep things safe for consumption, the store was the same temperature if not hotter than what it was outside that day.

I order often through the app, and service is getting slow and the food sloppy. I never know what I'm going to get on my sandwiches, and the freaky fast thing is a joke. Worst part is you can't call the restaurant when you have trouble. Their number goes to a weird VM destination. The app has no help function either. So order at your own risk. My experiences are becoming intolerable.
