January 2025. THIEVES!! NEVER be back. LIARS!!! How dare you ask me if I want sour cream and guacamole and NOT tell me there will be an EXTRA charge!!! HOW DARE YOU!!! MY $15.99 entre is now $ 20.99. I am SOOOO tired of being RIPPED OFF in this country, I cannot tolerate it!!! You have lost 2 more customers!!!!! We had been coming here from years! We DO Not appreciate being STOLEN from!!! GOODBYE AND GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!

Ordered red chili enchilada platter. I got cheese enchiladas with about 6 pieces of red chili on top of the enchiladas. Finally got it across to the waitress that I wanted red chili inside of he enchiladas. Got my replacement with some kind of meat inside, not quite sure. It was ok, but I didn't feel like waiting to get something different. Needless to say I won't be ordering enchiladas again, IF I EVER GO BACK!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO LA CASITA AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL! The waitress asked if I wanted sour cream and guac and I told her no, but she brought it to me anyway. Being too embarrassed to ask her to take it back, I felt I was forced to pay for it and forced to eat it. I felt I was extremely overcharged for the small portions of food. Paying $3.49 for two ounces of foul tasting guac and $1.99 for two ounces of bland sour cream is what I consider an extreme case of highway robbery. I normally pay twenty cents for two ounces of beer when it comes in a 12oz bottle. Halfway through my near tasteless dinner, I thought I saw cockroaches running across the floor, but I could be wrong. It was too dark to tell what they were. I got awful service from the waitress. She gave my plate of food to a person seated at another table and she gave me a plate of food which I did not order. That turned out to be an embarrassment to me. She never apologized. After I was done eating dinner, the waitress handed me the bill and as I reached to give her my money, she quickly took off to serve other customers in the other room. Then I had to wait about 10 minutes before she got back to me. I did not do anything wrong to deserve this impolite treatment!

It's one of the best places to eat in Sierra Vista!!! Whether it's lunch with a best friend, an anniversary dinner with my hubby, or a big group luncheon or dinner, La Casita has been our family favorite for 40 years. It's family owned, with fresh food, and pretty Mexican decor. Check the specials board on the way in for their specialty margaritas or cocktail of the day. It's a family friendly restaurant, too.
Parking: Lots of parking in the back. Parking in the front is available, but limited.
Kid-friendliness: They are very kid friendly. They have a kids' menu with puzzles and a coloring page. They pass them out to the kids right away. The menus come with crayons.

This place does catering and it shows in the food. Better off going to small taco place for good mexican. Lived in sv 30+ years only thing good here ever was the old Tortilla soup and that's just white pozole with tortillas now. STAFF IS EXCELLENT. Food-blah

Very good food. Chicken enchiladas were excellent. Catalina Margarita was also very good. A bit pricey but very good. Service was also good.

Super disappointed. Third time in restaurant. Ordered the carne asada on all occasions. First was great. 2nd mediocre and this time non edible. They came on this occasion unassembled, super thin and fatty uncut steak, and no lime. The chicken in the tacos also tasted suspiciously canned. Waited long for service
