Neither hot or ready... After multiple experiences with this place, there is no winning....show up without a preorder ... expect to wait 45 minutes for your standard pizza to be made. Place an order in the portal two hours ahead of time, show up and wait 45 minutes. Talk to the people at the store and they will tell you why you the customer are wrong and how you need to change expectations....time to get pizza elsewhere.

The lady with the blonde hair is soo rude and disrespectful I came in and it was 15 minutes from closing time but she was so blatantly disrespectful I walk in with a smile and I say hello she just ignored me I asked her how she was doing and she took my face just ignored me and just sat there and stared at me like I was stupid she was so rude she said that the ovens were all shut down and that what she had in the heating rack behind her was all she's got she's like it's 12 minutes from closing time and you are in here she made me feel so insignificant and such a bother to her. I plan on going to her Superior as soon as possible. This used to be my favorite Little Caesars I will never come here again because of her

I placed an online order for a pizza and an order of puffs, and set up a pick-up time 45-55 minutes later. I arrived 40 minutes later and was told it would be another 20 minutes. When I asked why it wasn't ready, I was told they had walk-in orders to take care of. Since they essentially told me my money is worth less than random walk ups, I will not be returning.

Hire more people, ridiculous to wait an hour - exactly an hour, 7:20-8:20 to get 2 pizzas. I can make a pizza from scratch in that time.
I don't blame the employees working, the pizzas came out solid and the restaurant was absolutely swamped with people.
But apparently the general manager was recently fired/arrested - so staffing issues and such are blatantly problematic. Just hire some more folk to toss dough, please.

Don’t bother ordering online/ ahead of time. Ordered multiple days in advance for a 11:30am pick up. Got to the store 15 mins late, and they hadn’t even started yet. Told me it would be another 30 minutes, making the order nearly an hour behind. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they’re not even going to attempt to have it done on time?

Really disappointed. Came in for a lunch combo at 11:45 and they said it’s going to be 20 minutes. On the sign it says ready between 11-2. It doesn’t make sense why you guys would not have lunch combos ready during peoples lunch hours. People are on a time schedule to get back to work and 20 minutes is extremely long to be waiting when most peoples breaks are only 30 minutes.

The cashier, a gentleman with a beard, has the most disgusting attitude towards people. The way he dismissed and mocked a young man seeking possible employment there was infuriating to witness. I was unamused with his terrible customer service skills after several people (myself included) were waiting on our online orders to be prepared. I can understand being busy, I can understand being frustrated with work, but I’ll never understand how people can treat the less fortunate or young with such disrespect. And to the cool young man seeking employment, you dodged a bullet. I’m sure dominos or a family owned pizza joint will be happy to have you join their team.

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order at 3pm for a 4pm pickup…. Went inside to pick up, and was told 30 more min… it’s now been 45 and still nothing. Leave it to Sierra vista

Little Caesars pizza is what it has always been cheap and reasonably good quality. But it also used to be quick which is why we dealt with the less than stellar quality. This is not the place for a quick pizza & breadsticks anymore or at least not at certain times of the day.
We stopped in on our way home and they were so slammed with online orders that they were actively deterring walk-in customers from ordering. The gentleman at the front was in good spirits and friendly enough but was himself complaining about how busy the online orders have made the store even if he made it sound joking.
The rest of the staff were too busy trying to keep up with the orders to do much else. When the front cashier (who might have been in charge hard to say) realized the crew hadn't put some trays in the oven that he had been waiting on, I realized there was no point in waiting since I hadn't paid yet. I saw several other customers come in and leave empty handed and there were multiple people waiting on online orders as well. That's a shame and it seems like they need more staff or to limit the number of online orders that can be entered at one time to allow their team a chance to keep up with orders.

I ordered an at 4:45 pm yesterday plus extras to be delivered. Website kept telling me driver was there waiting. Pizza didn’t arrive until after 6. Driver was told several times it’s going to be 20 min. Then another 10. To top it off I didn’t get any of the extras I paid for

The food was great. The worker behind the register was great, awesome enthusiasm and very polite. But I ordered online and it said my order would be ready by 8:15pm. I got there at 8:14 pm and it wasn't even close to ready. I had to wait 15 minutes longer until it was done. Which cost me $10 extra dollars for the Lyft driver I had waiting outside for me. Outside of the extra wait time that cost me extra for my ride... it was a good experience.
