Not bad service but they aren’t 24hours like it claims week days they close at 12 am and weekends 1am according to the staff the owners need to adjust this so people don’t waste gas driving somewhere that isn’t actually opened

Last time I was here they messed up my order. Thought I'd give them another try and paid $5.10 for a large fry, they were old, soggy and the container was filled with MAYBE a medium fry. Total ripoff. With the prices sky high nowadays you'd think their service and quality would be decent. HORRIBLE.

Really dislike coming to this restaurant. Every single time I come, i have to turn around because something is missing, nuggets are missing from Big Mac pack, cheese is missing from Big Macs, the meat is literally the size of a half dollar, do better we give our hard earned money and the kids love you guys.. will definitely not be going back.

So I just ordered today, and I was told that we were missing 2 pies, so I went in and purchased 2 more. Turns out the order was right, and I spent 4 dollars for nothing, so I am a little mad. Yes, it's 4 dollars, but it was money wasted, and in this current economy, 4 dollars can mean a lot in the long run.

Valarie was great. I spoke to someone claiming to be the store manager who refused to give me his first name, I learned it was Brandon. He was totally inappropriate and attempted to cut the call every time I asked for his name, repeatedly asking "Is there anything else I can help you with?" as a response to any of my questions. I was seeking a refund from the app placing my order at the wrong location, and he refused to give me any contact information or to process a refund. Keep my money, I'm not coming back. WORST SERVICE.

Waiting over 40 minutes for a 10 piece nugget and medium fries, at least 6 cars behind me got their order before I did. Used to work at a busy mcdonalds, I know it does not take 40 minutes for nuggets and fries.

Consistently fail to check orders for accuracy. Reliability gives you cold or improperly prepared food. Leadership is nonexistent and workers are not motivated to do well due to poor management. This used to be the most reliable Fast Food location in Sierra Vista, now it is by far the worst. Highly recommend you check other options before wasting money here.
