We've been here 3 times, all 3 were good.. 2/3 were amazing. The chef you get makes a difference, we've had the same 4 plates since the 1st time and you can tell by getting the same plates on various times, the chef changes. But overall, we were pleased. We get the Mongolian beef, beef stir fry noodles, chicken fried rice, and sesame chicken. I see the lady owner around town handing out fliers. Keep up the good work. Service is okay, hit or miss. I would recommend.

HUGE HUGE HUGE RAVE for the Orient Express!!! We could not be happier that we tried this DELICIOUS Chinese restaurant!!!! We lived in China for 5 years and I have been CRAVING home cooked Chinese meals. I was EVER SO HAPPY to go there tonight with my husband and find out that there is SUPER Chinese food right around the corner!!! We ordered some of everything. It was ALL fresh and super duper authentic!!! It finally stilled my craving…for now!! We will be back!!! Oh yes…we will!! Yummmmmm!! ???

It seems to be an ongoing theme in sierra vista, there really isn't a restaurant that is consistent or tast that great. There might be two so far that we've found.
The food here is so hit or miss. Either it's really good or not that great. I've had my Kung Poa Chicken cooked so many different ways now. The chicken fried noodles, chicken fried rice, and the General Tsao's all have had the same things happen. I don't know if it's the cooks or new people. They just really all need to be on the same page when they make a dish, so it doesn't taste different each time you have it. Consistency is very important for restaurants, and it seems like its just not found around here, or at this establishment very often.

If never judging a book by its cover was a restaurant it would be this gem. I’ve gone twice now and it does not disappoint, whether you order to go or dine in. They’ve found a permanent customer in me

I, along with a few wonderful friends, throughly enjoyed a great lunch here earlier today. The service, food and atmosphere were perfect. Our attentive and highly efficient waitress Wen was absolutely awesome throughout our visit. The food was incredibly fresh, delicious and flavorful. The quantity was plentiful and served quickly. Hats off to the entire staff for making our afternoon so memorable. We will most certainly dine at the Orient Express in the future.

I'm not impressed. Rude and poor service. Bad food. Overpriced. Long waits. And it's in a weird location. Soda is 2.50 a can and has limited variety. Mongolian beef should be called Mongolian onions. It was literally a plate of onion with a few chunks of meat mixed in. I mean, it was a mountain of onion. The server was angry the entire time, like she was inconvenienced to be there. All the food came one dish at a time and the cook had to walk it out. Then we waited a long time to pay and were on a lunch break. Upon getting up to pay, the lady was irritated. She was even grumbling about the table of soldiers. Something to the effect of "just because they're in the army." Granted, the soldiers were difficult, but the server could have told them she'll be back in a few moments. Also, we never got an itemized receipt, so who knows if the bill was correct. The lunch specials were only like 11 dollars but factor in everything else on top of the almost 3 dollar Soda, and I'd choose somewhere else every time.
