We got carry out for our New Years Eve dinner and were disappointed with the steak, the New York strip was extremely grisly and over cooked. This is the second time in recent visits that we've had low quality steaks and unfortunately it has left us not wanting to give Outback another chance. Our meal was too expensive to not get much better quality.

Very friendly waitstaff. It's best to call for reservations for they are using 6ft distance. Clean, food out within the proper time!! It's a little pricey but worth it!!

We had dinner with family at Outback recently. The restaurant was clean with appropriate precautions. Our server, Alicia, was excellent. The food arrived as ordered.

The customer service at Outback is just wonderful. The steak and lobster was fantastic. We had the special on the drinks, sip 22 oz margaritas. Left totally satisfied.

Excellent food and service. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clean and sanitary and that everyone stays safe during this time!

Our server must have been new as she made several errors with our meal and bill. Also as there were no prices listed for the wines we asked our server the price and she retorted back to us 'I can't remember the price for every single wine'. Suggest all servers have a small "cheat sheet" to refer to. Couple of us ordered half rack of ribs and both plates came with only 4 ribs instead of the standard 6 ribs. It was though, very tender and meaty. We also received only one side instead of the normal 2 sides. In the past I have given 5 stars for the Outback in Sierra Vista as customer service and food have been awesome. Can't blame the pandemic as other restaurants we have visited have retained their consistency and high quality .

Great server ask for Anna. Quality of food was excellent. I didn't give five stars because kids menu doesn't come with prices and you only get one side instead of two. My family and I had a great experience because of the customer service Anna gave us!

I am not one to go to chains restaurants. Sierra Vista..well...that is all you got..So we decided this place. First and foremost..Angela (the hostess)..you are awesome and what a beautiful sincere welcome...Nicholas(our server)..you are a true professional. It actually was the second time in 6 months you took care of us..We will always ask for you....Thanks so much for your awesome services...

Good supper as always. Keeping distance, following health rules as are several restaurants who are staying in business. Wear a mask in and out.

Service was pleasant. Mask hygiene was not followed. Steak was ordered medium rare came out purple. Steak was plumped out with water. Baked potato was delicious.

Salads were fresh, Steaks were cooked perfectly, and the salmon shrimp and lobster were Delicious! Waitress was amazingly sweet and perfectly social. The drinks never ran low and the facilities were clean. We will be back! It was a refreshing experience compared to the sensory overload we get at the Road House.

Love the steaks there! And Tarin, our ng bartender/server was super!

I love the way they season their steaks. I enjoy the quiet dining and atmosphere. All the people there are great, It's just a great place for dinner.
