I've always liked Papa John's pizza, but they're starting to act like the other pizzerias by overcharging for their pizza. A decent price for a large three topping pizza is $12.99 not twenty or more.
Their competitor, Little Ceasars, took advantage of the Joe Biden inflation as well by charging for a large, extra cheese vegetable pizza for $30, which is retarded.

Costly but good. Place was dirty, employees needed a break or just a new shift.
Vegetarian options: They have bowls, pizza with out a crust and in a bowl. Awesome..
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get on the sidewalk but nothing as far as Pappas door access. Have to pull it open and its a heavy door.

I typically get papa John’s from on post, but on the weekend I had to use the papa John off post. The pizza came soggy, falling apart and wet. It was gross. They’re supposed to let the pizza cool off on a cooling rack for a some time because it comes out of the oven hot and if the bottom is covered it traps steam under the pizza and leaves it wet and gross- and ruined. I won’t order from them anymore since they just throw pizzas in boxes. Wish I had my money back.

The food was ready quicker than estimated and when I went to pick it up the staff was so friendly and kind it made my day better. The food tasted great, was hot and exactly what I'd ordered. Definitely Five stars!

I did an online order for delivery from the one in Sierra Vista. I had clicked on the XL pepperoni pizza and just went to pay for it. When I got the pizza, I thought it looked funny because there were no pepperoni on the pizza. I thought maybe the placed them under the cheese. Nope. I called the store and the person I spoke to said that you had to select the meat. I said I thought the deal was just for the pepperoni pizza. She said no, sorry, and that was it. Well I will now be going to Vinnies. It's more expensive but I actually know what I am getting. The cheese pizza was ok but it would have tasted better with pepperoni.
I had one bad experience out of the many times i've been there and that was more of due to a misleading ad than it was the service or the product. That being said the manager contacted me right away and have three pizzas made for me, which was more than I ordered originally, with no limitations on what they could be.... I didn't get all crazy with it, but they still gave me way more. Then I originally purchased more than making it up for me.And that is amazing service.

Parking: It's in a little strip mall off of a 4 lane main thoroughfare. Very inconvenient to exit... have to cross 2 lanes of traffic to head north.

Absolutely LOVE the ancient grains gluten free crust! This is so healthy for ANYONE, and it tastes great! Papa John's doesn't cheap out on ingredients, and this includes their gluten-free crust, unlike ALL of the other pizza chains do!

I thought this place had some pretty okay pizza. The $15 for a medium cheese pizza that's not dripping with olive oil and spices is a lot of money to pay but still, it is probably just as good as most pizza places. Nothing special but they are close to my house and I've had a couple of pizzas here and they're pretty decent.
Order enough and they recognize you weekly!
