I used to absolutely love this place, but the prices have skyrocketed while quality has definitely declined. Pass on the cheese enchiladas as the enchilada sauce has zero flavor except a bad aftertaste. I miss when your food was delicious.

Tried Rodolfo’s Taco Shop in Sierra Vista today. The food came out nice and hot, which I really appreciated. I ordered the enchiladas suizas, two shrimp tacos, and a large agua de jamaica — total was about $30.
Flavor-wise, it fell a little short for me. The dishes overall lacked seasoning and could really use a bit more flavor. The shrimp tacos also didn’t quite match the description or expectations. The enchiladas suizas had a tomatillo sauce that was surprisingly spicy, which threw the balance off a bit.
Not the best Mexican restaurant in Sierra Vista, but not the worst either. I’d be open to giving them another try in a year or so to see if things improve.
Been a bit since we ate here and well some things don't change. The meat in our burritos is missing some flavor like adobe or similar. The tacos are good just could use a bit of that oil left behind. We paid $50 for two burritos with some adds e.g. cheese, 3 tacos and 2 drinks, thinking a bit much for lunch. Service is great staff very friendly and food came fast and hot. Plenty of room to sit with simple accommodations.

We loved this place. Went there almost every weekend. This place is dirty now. No tongs for chips. Young kids behind the counter cussing and talking about cheating on their partners. Owners of this place need to know.

I got beef tacos and they barely had a teaspoon and a half cuz I measured it of meat in the taco!!!! They didn't put any lettuce in the Taco and I believe each taco are almost 6-7 dollar for a empty taco!
The food is above average. The staff look like they are being forced to work like a prison clean up crew.
