I really enjoy their sandwiches! The person who helped us was friendly. If you want reward points you may want to order with the mobile app because the machine to scan your phone was broken.
My wife hates it.
That is all it takes to get 5 stars out of me.
The pizza is not good. I dont like giving bad reviews, so this is a PSA.
Slow and inaccurate orders don't expect your full meal if you order delivery
We love coming here on trips to and from Bisbee and Tucson! My favorite Schlotzsky's, hands down :) Excellent, friendly service. Delicious food. Very convenient!
Great experience and service!
Far better then Subway.
Warmly welcomed upon arrival. Menu was simple and straight forward. Lag time from ordering to presentation was non-existent. Food selections were fresh and delicious.
Asked fpr my.money.back never will return
I love the sandwiches, but I feel like every time I go in, a key ingredient is missing from my sandwich. Otherwise, the staff is pretty friendly and the food is good.
Tables weren't wiped clean and they need to go easy with the condiments. My sandwich looked like it filmed a bukkake scene in the kitchen.

Long-time Schlotzski's customer. Went in today for sandwich, Fox News on both TVs in main dining room. Left without ordering, won't be back.
Super sad I ordered the chicken smokecheesy and they made it a regular beef smokecheesy so I couldn't eat it i live 30 minutes away and they close in 10 minutes so I cant even get my order corrected. Not to mention i paid extra for the baconbon and got a regular Cinnabon.. super disappointed definitely not gonna be ordering again 😒
Ordered a “Center of the Roll” on the app to go. I even paid an extra convenience fee to order on the app to allegedly cover the expense of their app and website. This was at noon and they gave me one that was labeled with a big sticker saying to discard it yesterday.
I decided to try it anyway because I eat a lot of garbage. Guess what it tasted like? A dried out old cinnamon roll. Some of it was too hard to even eat.
Great sandwiches, but I would let the staff go and start over. Where's the manager to keep an eye on what the staff is doing and how they're doing it. It reminds me of cashiers talking to each other as they are checking out customers.
Tried it out the first time about 1 month ago. Been back a once since. Very good service and food!
