This place is literally the worst. Between the owner and corporate, they are idiots and their practices are not even legal. First of all, their menu on DoorDash does not reflect what they actually carry in the store. They will push your order through on DoorDash, even though they are knowingly out of the specific items requested and don’t even stock those items anymore. Particularly the soups. Upon my Dasher’s arrival to the store, he was informed that they were out of the two soups that I ordered and offered me two additional choices. I asked what was in the potato soup as it was not listed on their DoorDash menu and he said the employee could not tell him because they didn’t know. First red flag as it’s state law requirement that you provide ingredients to your customers if they ask. I then called the store to verify that was correct and indeed the employee and manager both confirmed that they did not have the ingredients for the potato soup. Nor could they figure out how to refund me for one of the soups if I chose one of their options. It was so ridiculous and I felt so bad for the Dasher just standing there while I went back-and-forth with them over the phone. They admitted that between the owner and corporate, nobody has updated the menus And they continue to get various complaints about the situation. I will be forwarding this complaint to the health department, and maybe that will light a fire under them to actually do what the law requires instead of being lazy, and having shoddy business practices. What a gimmick.

The food is good, and the service is a bit slow. Inflation is very apparent here where a sandwich, not even a combo, will run you $15.

I just had two for meal at Schlotzsky's. 1/2 sandwich and a salad. It was very very good. Too much for me to eat so I shared with my husband. I would definitely order this again,

Phenomenal customer service!! Angie was especially accommodating by custom-preparing our Cinnabon and making sure our cashier got our complex order just right. Sweetest girl ever. Food was hot and fresh and our overall experience was top-notch. We'll definitely be back

I used to eat there so often I was able to utilize my free $7 multiple times from my app. The environment actually allow for me to work on my laptop in peace as I enjoy my food. Often I have met clients there as well as friends and family for a relaxing meal and conversation. Menu is nice, prices are fair, employees are very nice and attentive to your needs as a customer. Oh, you have to try the Caramel Picanbon!!!. We do not go here as often, actually from every other week to about once every 6 months. Mainly because of the owners lack of actual customer service. Also, the manager that used to run that place along with her staff are all gone now. Still good kids there so as long as you do not experience Jo, you'll do fine. Food is still excellent . The new look per franchise is also very good.

Absolutely the best hamburger place in Sierra Vista. The customer service is the best I've experienced in Sierra Vista and just about anyplace else! Highly recommend!

I have been to Schlotzskys in many states but this is by far the best. There is even an outdoor seating area that is like a cozy outdoor living room. One of the rooms inside has a television. The food is always great and the staff is always friendly. Great new manager there! Very clean and funny sayings all over. ?Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread available.
