I would've given them 5 stars, but there were tomatoes on a burger that I ordered no tomatoes. Also, the burger looked like it was just thrown in the container, and the meat was halfway off the bun. I took off the tomato and rearranged the sandwich. My food was good, but I just wish it would've been correct and presentable.

Do not come here especially at night. Just ordered a footlong coney and a cheeseburger my wife’s burger was cold and buns were hard. My footlong coney had 2 old 6 inch dogs and trust me I know that’s not how it’s suppose to be made as someone who worked at sonic as a kid I should know. This sonic sucks and the employees suck even more do better and trust me this sonic won’t be seeing me again. Tired of receiving lazy service all because someone doesnt feel like doing their job right.

Unbelievably Rude Service at Sierra Vista Sonic – Avoid Demari at All Costs!

I just had one of the worst experiences at our local Sonic in Sierra Vista. Let me tell you, Demari, the girl who took our order, was an absolute disgrace to customer service. Her nasty attitude was apparent from the very start, and she made what should’ve been a quick stop for two sodas a frustrating nightmare.

I visit this location 2-3 times a day, so I know what good service looks like—and this was the polar opposite. Today, I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru for two simple sodas that were already pre-ordered through the app. When I pressed the red button to check on our order, Demari greeted us with an unnecessarily aggressive “Hello,” dripping with attitude. It wasn’t just a bad day kind of tone—it was downright nasty and disrespectful.

When she took our order, her tone didn’t improve, and when she finally brought the drinks to the car, her demeanor was excessively rude. The entire interaction was uncomfortable and infuriating. She acted as if she was being forced to deal with us, despite her literal job being customer service.

Demari is the definition of someone who should NOT work with the public. Her behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely uncalled for. For someone who frequents this location multiple times a day, this experience felt like a slap in the face. Sonic, if you care about your customers and your reputation, you need to reevaluate who you hire, starting with Demari.

What a sorry excuse for customer service. After today, I’m seriously reconsidering ever coming back to this location. Do better, Sonic. This is unacceptable.

Haven’t been to Sonic in a few years and after today, I remember why I quit going. Ordered 2 corn dogs, jumbo popcorn chicken and some tots. The corn dogs were flimsy and tasteless, while the popcorn chicken was way overcooked and dry! The tots were good. At the window, I specifically asked for ketchup and mustard and when we got to the park to eat we had no mustard. I guess that’s just a difficult ask. Save yourself some frustration and go somewhere else.

Literally every time I get a bacon cheese burger it’s like this. Hardly any bacon, always burnt, sometimes crumbled up. Who is training your kitchen team to do this? This is the consistent make of the burger. Please do better.

I love getting my drinks here. My faves are cherry limeade or cherry slush. There are so many options and combinations. You could get a different drink every day.
