I go to this store everyday for my dogs walk to get a beef stick...the new employee Heather was incredibly rude! Didn't meet or greet, halfway through ringing me up she got a personal cell phone call and walked off from behind the counter and just left me and customers behind me just standing there. Came back again with no greetings or apology. You screwed up Speedway!!!! I've NEVER dealt with such a lousy employee at this store.

This once animal friendly store is no longer animal friendly. I've been taking my dog in there for years and all of a sudden I went to go in yesterday and was told I could not bring my ESA dog in there that she would contaminate the food in the store when she is not even big enough to react 98% of the product in the store, and if I wanted to shop in their store that I had to leave my ESA dog in my hot car during the hottest part of the day.

My buddy was told to get his esa animal out of the store and leave his animal in the car today on a hot day the employee doesn't care about the laws or anything and speedway aka 7-11 needs to fix the regulations so it is corrected or lost several hundred dollars a month

Says "open 24 hours but the last 3 times I've went it was closed with a sign on the door that said "closed for shift change". I waited 15 minutes tonight and no one opened the door. I saw a good 30 customers come and go that Speedway just lost out on. I've never seen another convenience store that had to close down for shift change. Took my money to Circle K instead. They seem to have figured out how to change shifts without closing there store for 30 minutes.

Worst customer service ever. I live next door and will definitely not be visiting this establishment again. Rude rude rude. Cashier was busy and was rude as hell. She claimed she couldn't hear me, then said "I can't understand a word your saying...click. I called back 3 times to ask a simple question and was hung up on all 3 times. Then the 4th time someone finally answered and was rude as well . Save ur time and buy beer, gas and alcohol at circle k. Because these rude cashier's both on one shift I'd assume the whole establishment is full of crack heads in recovery. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!!
