Stopped here at 5 pm on 4 OCT and the lady was really nice and made great coffee for me. Definitely a lot better experience than the location on Fort Huachuca
There was multiple employees all of them would be in their 60s and 70s they were super nice and friendly and for their age they work fast

One of the workers throws muffin and cheese Danish. She needs to work on customer service. It was the gurl with short hair. Plus, they need to learn how to make a frozen mocha

I’m giving this 3 stars because the older lady at the counter doesn’t know how to work the app. She forced me to scan the gift card one for receiving stars and I explicitly told her that was incorrect it was the scan only one. Anyhoo I didn’t get my freaking stars and it was triple star day and I got 2 drinks. Really frustrating.
Although I have patronized the Safeway Starbucks for 14 years, I am very close to moving my patronage elsewhere. Over the years, I’ve observed “very bad” to “barely satisfactory” management and only one or two very fine mangers. Sadly, “poor management” is again in evidence and is the impetus for my review.This week, on two occasions, ONLY ONE barista was behind the counter, forced to work both cash register and drink machines (health standards violation?). I left without placing my order because the wait time and line stretched long. I was joined by 3 other customers. Money lost, Starbucks! I do not fault the barista; he/she was doing the best possible under the terrible circumstances. Now, where is management? Outside smoking? On the register chatting up one customer while a dozen people are waiting to place their orders? Where are back-up baristas? Why is the food shelf nearly empty of products? Why have to apologize with “Sorry. We’re out of that flavor.”? Why is there such a massive personnel turnover? On-the-job training is NOT acceptable during rush hours!!!My observation: At a busy morning rush, with two people working, the line numbered 10 -12 people. To my horror, the manager, one of the two people working, indicated that it was her break time and left for a smoke break leaving, again, only one barista to handle all of the customers. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. An in-depth, unannounced inspection/investigation of current management practices must be conducted. (And formal management training should become a part of the Starbucks hiring process.)Kudos to Phil, Monica, and Lucy. They are the reason for my 3-Star rating. They are the only ones who have an admirable work ethic and demonstrate concern for the smooth running of the establishment. They are the only reason I keep returning…so far.Starbucks, pay attention to your business (not politics)!

Love coming to this store, lately the lines have been long with only 1 worker working and no support from manager. Mr Phil always pleasant, not the fastest guy but always get the same service. Monica is a gem of a employee, always trying to help customers with apps and giving great consistent service. Lucy is a speed demon of a worker, excellent service every time.i might be 2nd in line and she scans ahead and my drink is already there..That's service! Jackie is a pleasant Barista, I seldom see her but when I do she remembers my name and is a good worker as well. Overall I gave this location a 4 star rating, And manager can do better by being a better support system for her employee's, I understand the responsibility of being a manager or supervisor, but when your employees are busy during peak hours she should be there knocking them drinks out. Getting supplies and being a supporter..One.more thing, so many customers have the app to build points,and this is.the only store that struggles with there system or scanner. I should have so many points and shouldn't have to reload a card to get points. PLEASE UPDATE YOU SYSTEM OR I WILL GO TO FRY'S OR TARGET. I love this store, so help my by fixing this scanning process..thanks

Update, I have no idea why my review is not appearing in the other location. So I'm going to add it here as well. Before I do, I will say this much, it bothers me when people are quick to post a negative review over simple issues but slow as snails to give kudos or credit when they have wonderful experiences. We have had A+ experience here as well. We tend to stop in here as this location is open 1 hour after the other 2 locations.Below this line is about the other Frys location.Well, the new changes are pretty snazzy (yes, I said snazzy) What makes this location stand out for the other 2 locations to me is the absolute amazing ?? customer service we receive from Aliese is Jedi Master level. She knows my wife's multiple orders and at times have had the order completed by the time we are finished paying. Super friendly team all around. If your drink is not up to par, they will remake it. We have yet to come across this issue ourselves, however, when trying new things to even be told this is just impressive. We have been closer to the Starbucks further away and will reroute to this location for that level of service. Keep up the excellent work, we truly appreciate it.

Google said Safeway Starbucks opens at 5am, not true. Opens at 6a, good coffee,good breakfast
Very disorganized. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 people received their drinks before me that came after. This happened this weekend , it is usually very friendly staff but not this past weekend. Horrible service
