It has been closed too long! What is the hold up??

Surprisingly good food even though we were there not long(week or so) before the building was to be torn down and replaced with new construction. Not sure if that caused the staff the be in less than moods or if that's more a management issue. They looked and acted miserable and were grumpy when I had to ask for items that were ordered but not received, including a beverage. I even apologized for the inconvenience to them for having to get my things I paid for. I hope that the other location and the renovations to this location offer up a better work environments for them to thrive in. No one should have to be miserable at work.

I ordered nachos and they wanted to give me potatoes if i wanted them damn potatoes i wouldve ordered them.
Carl the manager was very rude! I wouldn't recommend talking to him about getting your order.

Food, ambience is good but Customer Service is bad. 1. They gave my take out order without bag and napkin 2. Because they are out of strawberry they didn’t give me my drinks until i asked and they told me they’re out of strawberry 3. They slide hard the the frozen drinks at me like he was annoyed that I asked for the drinks that I paid for.

Today was horrible. Took 40 minutes to get my order and then both selections were missing a food item and skimped on other items.

They are always super slow, do t go unless you have 30 minutes, to kill, in the drive-thru. Or longer inside. Usually the food is smashed, and some of the workers attitude donthelp this.
Parking: Parking is very tight, and fender benders happen almost daily, from others not watching, on top of the rushing, and tightness situation.
Wheelchair accessibility: They is wheelchair access but it is hard to get into one of the spots with the limited parking situation.
