So this review is for the Bit not Taco Bell. We went to the Bit for the first time for breakfast, the food was great and the service was awesome they did a great job.

This place is absolute garbage, food was disgusting and horrible. Burritos looked like they ran out of lettuce and was using salad mix. No flavor. No napkins. And didn't get our order right. Ask for things to be removed for allergy reasons and the fools still put on. Had throw it away.

I showed up Friday evening for a quick bite, and was very disappointed. too start off when I pull up there some kid handed me a menu without prices on it which is unacceptable. costumers should be able to view the whole menu and know what to expect to pay for it. especially when your speaker and menu were in working order as I pulled forward too see they were, on top of that the cantina crispy tacos had tasted like old frying oil.

Out of nacho cheese. App said can't complete order because store was out of something. Guessing game. Girl who first got on speaker was kind of rude, guy after her at least tried to help. Every aspect of business reflects on store. Lately have been unable to get new mountain dew on app. Have to pick a drink and ask to change.

Most times the order is correct and done very fast.
Sometimes there's a small glitch. Most of the time it goes without a problem.
Food was cold didn’t put forks, napkins, or sauce in bag.

Let's face it, Taco Bell food is never going to be a five star rating- at least for me. Me. But it consistent and inexpensive. I went to the new Taco Bell and did not realize that this is strictly takeout. That might have been a problem except for they had a few clean patio tables outside and there was an amazing full moon.

I ordered a 7 layer burrito yesterday and a Luxe cravings box and a supreme Luxe box all the food was cold nothing was hot and I was to busy to go back I ended up throwing the food away and I tried calling multiple times and nobody answered the phone is this normal ?
