I mean, is there really anything to complain about? There must be, because I only gave it four stars, but that's because the diving pool was closed and there's no way to know that before driving the hour to go swim. Boy, my son was disappointed. We went down the two slides 500 times, though, so I guess it wasn't all bad. The pool is exceptionally clean and warm, and the waves are very timely; you are not waiting around for the wave pool to kick in. And not a single bee! My favorite part.
We went when it was rented out by a private party and it was fantastic. They have a wave pool that doubles as a lap pool and a small slide for kids that my kids had a blast on. There are lifeguards on duty and a large hot tub. There is another slide but I have little kids so I couldn't check it out. It is small and indoor which is perfect when you have young kids. My only complaint is that we were there for an hour before we got any waves and the number of floating tubes was very limited.
they change their hours all the time and hours for activities are so specific and odd that it is very difficult to get there and actually be able to get in the pool. certain staff are quite rude when you can't figure out their disjointed schedule
Great for kids, priced right.
We travelled miles to get here because your schedule says that It's open on sundays but that is a total lie, our kids are sad and our day off is ruined ?
Great place for parties!
Love it ?
On 07/13 we visited The Cove for a birthday celebration and was thoroughly impressed with the facility's amenities and cleanliness. The swimming pools were well-maintained, the water was crystal clear, and there were ample lifeguards on duty ensuring safety. The variety of aquatic activities available catered to all age groups. Additionally, the changing rooms were spotless and spacious, making the overall experience very pleasant. However, I must mention a disappointing aspect of our visit. The customer service at the front desk was way below par. The cashier was extremely disrespectful and rude, which marred the otherwise positive experience. She seemed annoyed or irritated in assisting customers and her unfriendly attitude was quite off-putting. It's unfortunate that such a wonderful facility is let down by poor customer service at the front desk. Despite this, I would still recommend The Cove for its excellent aquatic facilities and hope that management addresses the issue with the front desk staff to improve the overall customer experience.
Super fun place, kind staff, kids spot.
The had really good slides, and some food

It was very hot on the 4th of July and the City of Sierra Vista was having their event in the park. With Zero, and I mean Zero, Shaded Spots except some natural trees, it was a very nice finish to the day... taking the Grandbabies Swimming. Inside the Cove was so nice and getting an ice cold water with Ice was Amazing. Take Your Family today. Nice Friendly Family Atmosphere.
Great swimming spot to bring kids and not bad for the parents either.
Clean change rooms, tons of fun for all ages
Clean, friendly fun place to be. No complaints here ?
Kids have a great time. Not very many tables for families. One family was using 6 tables. Perhaps 1 table per family would help.
