They gave us some menu that had about 40 or 50 ingredients in dishes scribbled out. Even when they removed the meat they didn't change the price. There were only two other tables there and it took about 15 minutes to get a drink and another 30 minutes to get our order. My food tasted absolutely weird. My husband's steak was really tough. And the prices were the price of a four-star restaurant. Skip this place

The worst breakfast experience I’ve ever had. It started off terrible and ended terrible with an hour wait in between. We get there at 11am, I ordered decaf coffee and my husband ordered regular. The server couldn’t remember which one was which, so we had to wait even longer for our coffee. Then, my husband ordered Sweet Potato Hash. 35 minutes later they come back and say they are out of sweet potatoes, so he had to put in something different. We proceed to wait another 35 minutes before we got our food. At this point, it’s 12:10pm. I asked for peanut butter for my English muffin (they don’t carry it). I then ask for ketchup for my home fries, and they are out. Lastly, I asked for butter to put on my English muffin so I could have some flavor on it, and they definitely took it right out of the freezer, so it was rock hard. We talked to the general manager after another 15 min wait, and initially they were going to offer us only 20%. We explained that our meals should be free at this point, but the best they could do was 50%, so they could “cover their own costs.” We would have 100% given them another try had they comped our meal, but now we will never go back and we made that known with the manager. I highly recommend you go somewhere else in Sierra Vista. I never write reviews but if I can save someone the experience I just had, I would feel like I did my job. Avoid this place!

Made reservations for Sunday brunch. Showed up and we were first customers to arrive. At least 25-30 min after giving our order, I’m told they are out of sweet potatoes for their sweet potato hash special. Two of us then have to now order something else. Continued to wait for our food while other customers come in and have even received their orders! An hour has passed and we’re told it will be 4-5 minutes. It’s another 20 before our food finally arrives. The food was good but there’s no excuse for the wait and to be re-ordering so long after we have put in an order. Good food but unfortunately doesn’t make up for the terrible lack of timely service.

An upscale place in Sierra Vista and a great place to entertain.Ambience : A home converted into a restaurant right off the highway. They have private parking and the interiors give you a very nice feel.Service : Huge thumbs up!!! Our waitress Victoria was amazing. She was attentive and gave us the right recommendations. The Chef came to the table a few times to ensure that our orders were right and everyone was satisfied with their orders. Seldom do we see such great service.Drinks : They have a full bar - choose between cocktails, hard liquor, beer or wine.Food : A nice selection of appetizers. We liked the trout in particular. Most of the folks at our table ordered the clam chowder for the soup and it was great. The Chef came to the table to ask us if a mix of lobster and clams was fine in order to ensure that everyone had enough soup. That was a nice touch. We tried the crusted lamb, shrimp stuffed crab, beef medallion and short ribs at our table. Everyone loved their food. For dessert we tried the creme brule and the chocolate cake. Victoria brought the display tray for us to make our dessert selections.Pricing : Not overly expensive for a fine dining restaurant but not moderate as well. Will I return? : Absolutely!

Holy hole in the wall restaurant!! This place was aaaahhhhmmmmaaaazinnnggg!! We went hiking and drove by this place on the way there. We decided to try it on the way back and we were pleasantly surprised. The flavors were so good in everything. Also my husband had an old fashioned and loved it. I highly recommend it!

High end prices gets you exceptional high end quality. This meal was so delicious my mind is still baffled. We will definitely be returning for more.

Steak was ordered medium rare but was well done. Additionally, it was cold when it reached the table. I would have sent it back or complained but we had been there 1 1/2 hrs waiting on our food. Tables inside are close quarters and we were sat near the center of the room. We were frequently bumped by customers. I think the staff knew how to bend and twist through the room. They had a large selection of wine but this is not a good place to eat. Upscale price, Burger shack quality of food.

Wait staff is nice but overwhelmed. Food is good. Has the potential to be great but delays getting it to the table impacted the experience.Sierra Vista needs a quality restaurant like Outside Inn. Wishing them success.

Best kept secret in Sierra Vista for brunch. The eggs bennedict with a 3/8 inch slice of real ham was over the top for any place in this area. Please dont tell anyone your open for brunch!!!! You are doing great, never had a disappointing meal since new Mgt. started operations.

Quaint restaurant. Staff was very friendly and accommodated to all our needs. The chef came out and talked with customers at each table.I loved how the menu paired wines to each dish. Their French onion soup is awesome. I had the chicken cordon Blu sandwich. It was great,, but l had to take half home for later.. We will visit frequently.

This play is called breakfast poutine, it was very delicious. Small restaurant with a small menu but has a great environment atmosphere. Bonus is that you could buy some alcohol with your breakfast like mimosas. Highly recommend to try, Great staff and owners.

This is dining at its finest with fair prices, and a cozy, intimate atmosphere. Outdoor seating faces West so not good for an early dinner but fine for other times. They accept reservations, have a fireplace and music to complete the relaxed ambiance.

I had the chicken marsala and it was a great choice! I definitely plan to go back. It is perfect for lunch or an evening date night.
