Deciding to dine at a late lunch at the Pizza Hut, Italian bistro was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was very clean very empty. We were the only people dining inside. We ordered cheesy breadsticks and two Italian melts. We received our food within 15 minutes. Everything tasted hot and fresh and really delicious. The gentleman that seated us was so kind and our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. I used to come here all the time many years ago. It was always packed. Really consider giving this place ago if you're looking for a quiet place to study and enjoy a simple meal. We'll be back.

I never got my senior discount, simple math, management argued with me and said I did. Rude, management, I was told I got the discount on the pizza, the pizza was 9.99 a special price they had so that's also suppose to be part of my senior discount? Super crazy .... It's the price they offered at the time. Get with the program guys. Good way to lose customers, when the place never seems very busy to begin with. Business management and math classes are in order. I will say the pizza was delicious though. Customers aren't always right but in this case I was dead on right. I wish Pizza Hut much success but management needs to be monitored better. Rudeness and basically telling me I'm incorrect (a liar) in so many words is unacceptable.

Pizza was good, but I didn't like the atmosphere in this restaurant. It felt a bit warm and muggy. They need better AC here. I wouldn't recommend to dine in at this location.

The “bistro” means it has a nicer interior than average. I didn’t notice any menu item differences. The place was super empty but the worker did a great job serving us and running the place. We ordered a large chicken bacon pizza with garlic Parmesan sauce and stuffed crust. The stuffed crust is always excellent. The rest was okay—I’d probably stick with pepperoni and Marinara sauce in the future. Overall, enough for two people to have dinner and a small lunch the next day. Good value

We stopped here for lunch. You go in and order and pay at register and then wait. They bring the items to you. It was quite quick. The restaurant and booths were clean and comfortable. The pizza was delicious. The menu did show deletion of any salads,

Do yourself favor, bake your pizza at home. I placed an order at this restaurant two weeks ago. I spoke with the supervisor, Andrew, who advised me that I would have a credit of $50 under my phone number. I placed an order hoping to use the credit but the credit was not showing under my number. I called the store and was on hold 15 min, my issue was not resolved. I eventually hung up because I was on hold. I was told initially that i was lying and there was no credit. I recognized his voice and advised him that he was indeed the person I spoke with. Upon call back from Andrew, he found the credit was applied under the incorrect number. For some reason that credit couldn't be applied to my newest order so he would credit my new order $45. No, absolutely not, my credit is for $50. He then gets snappy and comments 'gosh I'll just add the $5 since is a big deal.' You darn right it is abs better yet cancel the order. I will not eat from an establishment in which a simple conversation results into an argument. And it's a franchise so there's no owner. The only way to get this issue resolved is by calling Joe, just great!

Sending one driver on base for multiple deliveries. I ordered wings and breadsticks at 2:30pm. I called to find out where my food was at 3:30pm. The answer I got was "were sorry, he's on base now, and had multiple deliveries. How about hire more drivers. I ordered early, so I could make it to an event at 4:00pm. Guess you gotta order two hours early at this location.

Hand toss crust was more like thin crust and flimsy. Overpowering yeast, dough flavor that even took away from toppings.
The manger wouldn't even refund my food that was cold and I didn't get sauces that I paid for this is frustrating because any other restaurant would have replaced the food or refunding my order I won't be ordering from here anymore and I'll be going to corporate
