I happened to be driving through Snowflake, AZ and chose to stop at El Rancho Restaurant. The service was quick and the mexi lunch was very good. The green chili and beans were very good - the whole meal was great.
We try to go here at least once a week, and we are locals, love this place for breakfast and drinks. Food is great, drinks are great and service is wonderful, they are open first thing in the morning in the snowflake Arizona, can't be beat for breakfast

We really like El Rancho here in Snowflake. The green chili cheese crisp has been a family favorite since I was a kid and my wife and I try to stop in at least once a month to share one together. The Hot sauce and chips are unlike most Mexican restaurants but in a good way! The recipes haven't changed in nearly 50 years and we believe that's what has made El Rancho a success.
