We ordered the 2 egg breakfast, which came with a large serving of super tasty hashbrowns and 3 slices of crispy bacon. Everything was well seasoned, and the food came out fast. The staff was very friendly too.

What an amazing breakfast place. Literally the best biscuits EVER. Amazing service and a small but very diverse menue. It's a must stop if you are in the area. Can't recommend it enough!

This was exactly what Sonoita needed. I expected a greasy diner meal but I got a filling, freshly made, and seasoned breakfast. I had the breakfast meal: eggs over medium with hash browns, bacon, and a sourdough roll. I also got monkey bread to go. The menu is small but I think that is an advantage because it lets them master recipes. I would come here again.

This place is awesome I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. The owner went out of his way to accommodate my ketogenic diet with extra bacon and the scrambled eggs were on point! Highly recommend! He also provided the bread, which I did not have, at the Copper Brothel Distillery. The owner was very open to conversation at opening time unlike the scornful lady next door at the Scoops place, see my review there.Dietary restrictions: Accommodating to ketogenic diet

Hands down the best breakfast burger I've ever had. Jamie is amazing cook and his food is amazing. The service is great. His place is like and old style diner. He is the only cook so you might need to wait a few minutes, but it's worth it. This is definitely a place you need stop by and grab some food if your in town. Everything is made fresh and on the spot. Very few places like this in southern Arizona. Keep up the good work.

Limited menu but what they had was good.... A little pricey but good baked goods. Danish was $10 and monkey bread $5.

We went here over the weekend 11/12/22. We had one group of two in front of our party. We walked in and only the cashier spoke to us, and it was to take our order. There were four couples in our party and my partner and I ordered last from them. We waited for our food and watched a few other parties come in behind us to order as well. The couple that came in behind us was served first. The first couple in our party finally got served after they asked for an update. They finished their food before the second couple was even served. The second couple received their food and got halfway done before the third couple got their food. We had now been there for an hour and my partner, and I still had not received our food, nor did anyone come tell us how much longer it would be. I have hypoglycemia (blood sugar issues) and had been waiting over an hour to get a single part of my order delivered (the two-egg breakfast is probably the easiest item to make and could have been brought out first but nope!) My parents asked about my food, told them I needed to eat because of the blood sugar. The response to that was thoughtful but I was given monkey bread which is completely made of sugar and not something I can consume when having an episode and completely disregarded the two-egg breakfast again - so instead of making my meal they took the time to make something else and serve that instead. We now had reached an hour and half and still no food. The people who had come in behind us had eaten and left t this point. The people who came in behind them, were served their food and had finished before we decided to call it. At this point my parents had been asking about my food and the owner was getting very defensive and hard to talk to. When I simply asked why my 2-egg breakfast couldn't have been delivered, he started getting defensive and hard to talk to, so I asked for a refund. Only after asking for my refund did, he say they would plate my food. I was done, past the point of eating there and again asked for my refund. It took another 20 mins for him to try and refund me and I left with nothing showing I would have one coming. He claimed he could not print out a receipt, that the email wasn't coming through and the best he could do on the POS machine was show me that the tip I left was taken off, again nothing about the full amount of my meal. At that point he was getting even difficult to talk to, so I walked out knowing that my refund was probably never going to happen, and I was out not only my money, but the food I had just paid for. To add to that, when we mentioned this to the gas station and inn we were staying, no one was really surprised as we were not the first people to have issues not only with the food, but with the attitude of the owner. I would very much recommend going someplace else where you can get better food at better prices and most importantly, better service.

Truly amazing place. Small business owner operated. Environmentally conscious sugar cane fiber biodegradable containers. Indoor & outdoor seating. Ordered the 2 egg bfast which comes w bacon & hash browns & sourdough bread or biscuit. I chose the biscuit and it was the best biscuit EVA so I ordered 2 more plus a pumpkin sage w cream cheese base pastry which was AMAZING!!! Becuz I don't cook I ordered the Breakfast Burger to go which is a locally sourced 1/2 pound ground beef patty w Swiss cheese on a brioche & home fries. AND they have nice clean bathrooms!! Order & sit down in a nice clean bright dining area!!! Great views of the prairie & mountains!! My "Go to place in Sonoita!!"

Im a local and I've known about this place for a little bit and decided to try it today. We tried the biscuits and gravy and it was tasty but the portion was small and absolutely not worth $9. The hash browns were mediocre and really greasy. It's a decent place to eat but the prices are a little outrageous.

You should heed the continuous thread of comments regarding overpriced, small portions. Food is fresh, but in no way innovative and portions are very small. We had sticker shock walking out the door and we are used to European and New York prices when eating out. You need to rethink your business model if these are the prices you must charge. The $10 danish made us think we were swindled.

Best biscuit i have ever had. Amazing biscuit and gravy with some eggs on top! will happily drive the hour to get here for this food.

Delicious! Nailed French pastry to perfection. Enjoy the open air patio while you wait for your pastry/breakfast-absolutely amazing.

We really wanted to like this place. We really wanted to support a local business. But $10 for a danish???? It was fresh, it was nice. It was in no way worth $10. The price needed to be a little more explicit on the blackboard. We've been to top tier bakeries all over the world and never have we paid anything near $10 for a danish or similar pastry. Perhaps the other items on the menu can be offered at more competitive pricing. if so, we'd recommend you take the danish off the menu. It's not going to win you customers.

We live in Sonoita and looked forward to a new breakfast place - however this was not it.When I go out to eat I expect good food in reasonable quantity, real utensils, dinnerware and a little service, otherwise I’d stay home. We walked in the door to find that you have to order upfront and pay upfront and then pick up plastic utensils with salt and pepper in little paper packets and take them to your table. Then, the food was served in takeout containers made of cardboard. We wanted to sit out on the patio since it is a beautiful view but there were only two round tables that were already taken and a little ice cream size table for two that we took. The flies were so bad we had to keep our hand over our juice while we waited for our food. The eggs were cooked perfectly my biscuit was 4 inches square covered in sausage gravy that was a little bland but OK. The hashbrowns were like the kind I get out of the box and soak with water at home but were bland. The bacon seem to be high-quality and there was a reasonable amount of it but it was soaked in grease. My husband ordered the $11 Montecristo which was the size of half a sandwich. We paid altogether $43 for this culinary experience and will continue to drive an hour to Tucson where I know I can get real utensils, service, don’t have to fight flies and not leave hungry.

I really wish I could give this place a 5 star review because the area is gorgeous, but I can’t. We tried the danish, the breakfast burger, the biscuits and gravy, and the two-egg breakfast. We paid a high price for every item, and the portions left something to be desired. The food was very sloppily made and everything was soggy. The service was also subpar, specifically from the cashier who was particularly rude. Lastly, the restrooms were a complete disaster and filled with bugs and trash. I really hope this restaurant can turn things around as it is in a beautiful location. That being said, until they make some much needed changes I would not recommend this spot to anyone.
