Copper Brothel Brewery offers a great beer selection and good wine options. The food is what stands out the most, especially the green chili and the Mexican hamburger - a griddle-seared burger wrapped in a tortilla with green chili. The pulled pork sandwiches are generous, but sometimes the buns can be burnt. Despite this, the service is excellent. The Colorado-style green chili is a must-try, along with the variety of delicious beers and house margaritas. A perfect stop for a satisfying meal and drinks before hitting the road.
