This is a hidden gem of a restaurant in Springerville AZ. I went with several friends when we were staying at the motel behind the restaurant on a motorcycle trip. The food was outstanding and the service was great even though they were very busy. The prices are very reasonable and the appetizers were excellent. I have booked a stay with my wife at the same hotel as we travel across country to the northeast, just so she can experience the restaurant! Our server “China”...

Eclectica Galleria in Springerville, AZ, is a much-needed addition to the area, where most restaurants primarily serve Mexican cuisine. It offers a refreshing change of pace with food that is nothing short of excellent. The chicken Alfredo was amazing, with a creamy, buttery sauce, and the lasagna, available only on Sunday, had just the right amount of flavor.
