Staff is always friendly, courteous, and efficient. My only complaint is that they do not offer unsweetened iced tea as an option (only soda and sweet drinks), so buying the “combo” meal often feels like a waste of money if you can't get a drink.
The employee Nick, who works at this location is polite, kind helpful amazing customer service skills. My wife and I ate it a Subway and snowflake and then we had to spend damn near $50 for two subs and a drink. The manager their claimed that unless we order through the app on the buy one, get one free She had no control over us being able to use a coupon. The employees (young men) were awesome, and did our order exactly how we requested. There were 8 of us in our group, and these young men did a amazing job with a smile on their face.
