Placed a pick up order. When I I arrived I went to the drive thru window. Order was ready and correct. It's been a long time since I have been to Arby's. I anticipated that my sandwich would have shrunk to more resemble a slider than a sandwich the way all the other fast food places have. I was very pleasantly surprised that it was considerably larger than I remembered!!! Good value for a great sandwich l

I come through often and get a turkey bacon ranch sandwich. This time when I came through the turkey was so thin it looked like shredded cat food, and they used shredded lettuce instead of regular lettuce.

I really enjoyed everything I ordered, my mom wasn't a big fan of what she ordered, but it looked pretty good and she was probably just being picky. Everyone there was exceptionally friendly and the speed of service was so quick, we had our food when we got our receipt! Amazing job, Arby's! Thank you!

Reuben sandwich combo was 14.00, bread was dry, corned beef was brown. Curly fries were just pieces and tray was only half full. Drink was 1/2 ice. Disappointing.

I was overcharged $12 and told if I had a problem with it I had to take it up with corporate on Monday at the earliest I'd like to make a bad review because of their pricing practices they told me they couldn't even cancel my order unless I talked to corporate now when you got a big sign on your front window that says for sandwiches for $10 you should not charge somebody $22 for it this is stealing I am so angry please do not go to Arby's until they fix their pricing problems
