Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I came through the drive through on December 11th I ordered a large order for 5 people. When I went to pay they would not accept my bill. So I had to leave to go break it, I came back 20 minutes later and they tried to serve me the same ice cream. When I asked for it to be remade they said, no, we can't do that. He then took the ice cream to another counter and was opening it and showing others, without washing their hands. He then brought it back over to me took off the lid and said, look, it's not even that bad and showed me soft ice cream, he offered to remake the malt, cause those get weird he said, but they refused to make the other items. I asked to speak to a manager and they said that they're all managers, and there's nothing that they're going to do. I'm sorry but my order was at a cost that would take me over two hours to earn and you want me to spend that on ICE CREAM that was made 20+ min ago? His name was Ana-something and he spits when he talks, disgusting. Think about that when he's making your next sweet treat. Hours are listed as open until 10pm however, the dining room was locked at 9:30pm. We will not be visiting this location ever again.

We had the $7.00 special. It contained a crispy onion cheeseburger, fries, drink and a small sundae. The crispy onions on the cheeseburger gave it a good flavor, the fries and drink were good and the sundae was great! They were very generous with the hot fudge and the hot caramel. 😋 Yummy!

Walked in. Worker was on our side of the counter cutting Christmas Ornaments stuff. Never looked our way. Worker in the seating area walked past us, looked and looked away and disappeared into the back. Worker at the drive thru, totally ignored us. We stood there for a little bit and turned around and walked out. Never going back there.

Great vibe! Picking up a Doordash customer's order but the girl working the counter was kind enough to offer me a drink while I'm waiting which I thought was very nice 🙂! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE which seems to be a rarity these days. I'll definitely be back!

We went for the $7 special which was a cheeseburger or chicken tenders, with fries, a drink, and a sundae. It seemed to be the choice of most of the seniors who came. The dining room was a pleasant place to sit and eat. The entrees and sundaes were goid for the price. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly

There milkshakes just aren't the same anymore.. something's different about them, maybe it's because I grew up in Washington state they were better or maybe they just don't give a damn anymore

This was a small vanilla dish. I get we all want to save money. If you guys are making the portions smaller, can you at least make the cups smaller so we don't feel quite as ridiculous while we eat our tiny partially empty cup of ice cream?

6.50 for a melted one scoop banana split in Sun City West. The ice cream was grainy and awful. NEVER going back and they used to be my ice cream go to.

ON JULY 9th 9 PM I PLACED A DELIVERY FROM THE APP AND I ADDED A LARGE BLIZZARD WITH MY FOOD AND THATS THE ONLY RESOAN I ORDERED FOOD WAS BECAUSE I WANTED A BLIZZARD AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NO COMPESANTION FOR SOMETHING I PAID FOR AND NEVER GOT FROM THIS LOXATION SPECIFICALLY I ORDERED FROM I NEED SOMETHING FOR MY COMPESATION

I always get a Cherry Mr Misty ever since I can remember. I love 'em.
