I ran into the kindest young man here with the best customer service skills out there! Considering this younger generation and the lack of common sense and generosity, Andre definitely stands out and made our experience here so much more better. The ice cream and food is always delicious and the manager, Paula, definitely knows how to run her store. After coming here for many years, I've never seen it run so well as she runs it, especially with the type of staff she brings...
We had the $7.00 special. It contained a crispy onion cheeseburger, fries, drink and a small sundae. The crispy onions on the cheeseburger gave it a good flavor, the fries and drink were good and the sundae was great! They were very generous with the hot fudge and the hot caramel. 😋 Yummy!
Great vibe! Picking up a Doordash customer's order but the girl working the counter was kind enough to offer me a drink while I'm waiting which I thought was very nice 🙂! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE which seems to be a rarity these days. I'll definitely be back!
