If you like your food “HOT” (made fresh), this is THE spot! What a hidden gem Mike’s Wings Waffles Burgers and More is?! They have a wide variety of seafood options that you won’t find at many places here in Az. EVERYTHING is made to order, and it comes out fresh and hot. We ate the catfish, chicken wings, chicken livers, hush puppies, and onion rings. We were extremely satisfied with everything we ordered. Did I mention the Kool-Aide was cold and sweet? “Oh yeah! This was our second time eating here and I’m telling you that this place was a 5 out of 5 both times, but Eric (the gentleman doing everything; taking orders, cooking, etc) was 6 out of 5 stars! He does a great job, especially on our first visit when it was pretty busy and he was there working solo. Shoutout Eric, you rock man.
Lastly, the last time we were there, we tried Eric suggested trying the Crème Brûlée donut. This is also a must try! Have no idea how they do it, but it comes hot, but the inside is still cold…so tasty! It’s definitely a must have each time we go back in the future along with the catfish and deep fried chicken livers.

I really enjoy going to Mike’s, it feels just like having supper at a family member’s house. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The fish is especially amazing! Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the quality of the food makes it more than worth it. Guests don’t mind waiting because they know they’ll be served a hot, satisfying meal.

I ordered a pick up order after I received a discount coupon via email. Membership has its privileges. The food is great and service excellent! I would love it if it were open later. At least on weekends.

Owner was absolutely wonderful kind sweet and can throw done in the kitchen everything was cooked to perfection and was absolutely amazing not to mention the dinning area was very clean will definitely be coming back

The scope of the menu at this place is amazing....I had the large catfish plate and I could barely eat it all.....light and buttery catfish fried in a cornmeal batter seasoning was perfect.....cooked perfectly as well....the chicken livers were amazing which they're hard to find especially done well......frog legs on the menu? Next time for sure.....try this place you'll be happy 😁

Saw this place today and thought I’d give it a try. Fish was just ok but honestly the fries may have been the worst I’ve ever had. Pretty disappointed. Prices are pretty high too.

This place is great for plant-based folks like me. Vegan chicken and Impossible Burgers are on the menu! Plus, their portions of fries are huge! The best part, the fries are cooked in the same oil as animal products.

The fish had a funny taste, and we tried to take the crust off, but there was no fish inside the crust. It had a funky taste like the oil was bad.

I love Mikes Wings. One quick recommendation though, cook the wings a little longer so the skin gets crispy. I’m not a big fan of slimy skin. And the fries could use a more crisp exterior as well. Maybe it was an off day, but I wasn’t too pleased with my to go order this week. All that aside, Mikes is a great place to eat with a large variety of food and fish.

Great spot for some midwest flair and friendly owners. Shown here is the garlic jerk and spicy lemon pepper wings and catfish. This is probably the best catfish I've had in Phoenix, well made, tender and juicy with a decent cornmeal breading. Will definitely come back!
