I have given this location so many chances. I just moved into a home and this is the closest location. We order pizza quite frequently and I ask ever time to run the pizza one and a half time thru the oven for a well done pizza, that part is usually correct. This last order which was less then 5 minutes ago, I bring the pizza to the table to realize it was well undercooked and THE DIDNT EVEN CUT THE PIZZA. Sadly I can't review the food because I was on hold for over 17 minutes. I've delivered and managed for multiple pizza locations including Dominos. A hold time of more than two minutes on a Thursday evening is completely crazy. What happened to the two ring role? I understand rushes happen, but to sit on hold for 17 minutes without a single follow up in ridiculous.
