Don't plan on it. Being fast food never have. I ever been to this Jack in the box and been able to drive to the Window Order and Pick Up my Order at the Window and Leave. You always have to go park and wait.I'm not sure why this is. However, I could say the food is good. I don't have complaints about the food. They're not very personable when they take your order. Most of them are on the almost rude side of things. They don't know how to say hi, welcome to Jack in the box. Nothing like that they don't know how to say. Thank you or you're welcome. But the food is good. That's what I came for was the food.Update today was great there is nothing better than friendly courteous people to greet you and take your order and that is what I received today it certainly makes me appreciate it more and want to come back again!!Still have to pull over and wait for the food ,but that didn't really matter so much because of the way I was treated overall a great experienceUpdat I just don't understand I guess ordering a burger just a single burger no combo no fries no drink nothing else no one in line no one else in the Drive-Thru and yet I still have to pull around the other side and park and wait I know at home I could have cooked this burger much faster than this time that I'm waiting at the moment I wish I didn't pay until I got my food I would just leave but unfortunately they have you pay first and now you're just kind of stuck here at their Mercy

I want to start by saying, the employees in the drive thru were very friendly and spoke loud and clear so that was nice. However, the food was appalling. We ordered the fajita pita (no picture), the buttery bacon & swiss burger, a medium fry, and two shakes. The shakes were delicious, but the pita was very skimpy, the lettuce was wilted, and the chicken tasted spongey. The burger was overcooked, with cheese so thin it was see through, it had the incorrect bun, and the bacon was super crispy. The fries were probably the worst part though. They were cold and soggy and tasted old.

Only reason this place is getting a star is due to the polite kid at the window. Waited 25 minutes for my order after I was told to pull up front. Then was given one combo of my order, and now my son is inside waiting for them to make his combo...What, so my food gets cold while I wait another 10 minutes for his food.....place is a crazy joke!!!

This is the worst service I can ever remember having. While going through the drive thru the person asked me if I was ordering the # 1 or the #4, I ordered the 4 combo with a chocolate shake. I also ordered a salad and was asked to wait in space 1. After 15 minutes someone delivered my meal but I told him I didn’t get the fries. He told me I only ordered the burger, I insisted I ordered the meal and asked if he could bring it to me. After a few minutes I went inside where he found my receipt, held it in front of my face and said,”see you didn’t order fries. His attitude the whole time was so disrespectful, that is the last time I ever go to any Jack in the Box. If you go be prepared for a horrible experience.
I wish I had taken a picture of the burger I got here last night. The first time in about 20 years that a fast food burger looked exactly like it does in advertisements, and it was incredibly tasty! I wanted to go full King Neptune on the burger! It was much like a burger shack burger.
