Picked up 2 plain bagels and 2 croissants and paid 14 dollars...Will never be back !

I'm accustomed to franchise bakeries in Gilbert, Arizona since they're popular there. But I got fatigued from seeing the same overpriced desserts with little cream fillings and dry sandwiches there, so I was recommended a hot spot in Surprise.

After eating my banh mi sandwich and carrot cake slice, I'm gonna hug my friend for her suggestion!

Everyone here is so welcoming and attentive, making sure my order was to my expectations.

I couldn't help myself afterwards. I left with a box of wedding cookies and will come back to this place soon!!

I stumbled across this Bakery, which wasn’t expecting the quality of food, but to my surprise, I tried the tamales and they were great very flavorful and the owner seen that I was waiting for a while. She let me try an elephant, ear pastry and let me tell you it was amazing. I would recommend I would recommend this bakery to anybody very kind woman who owns the place

Super awesome place staff is always kind and friendl.y The owner really loves babies so it's awesome every time we come in and she's loves on the baby. Also the bahn-mi's are delicious.!!!! Must check this place out.. 😁

Is the new Yorker living in Arizona, 14 years? Next month? Accent, and all I went in very skeptical to the shop as so many places say there, New York and they're horrible, however, I bought several items. Including a everything bagel toasted with a smear of cream cheese and o. MGI would never be able to know the difference between eating that bagel at that restaurant or being in New York. I enjoyed for the first time in almost 14 years. A delicious bagel without having to have them mailed to me.This is definitely a go to highly recommended.Absolutely phenomenal, I was in heaven.The service is fantastic.I cannot be more happy.I will absolutely be back.I highly recommend

This is NOT NY bakery any longer. It was bought out though still using the name though there is nothing NY about this! You can NOT pass off Mexican cookies and baking as NY anythjnf! And also have the nerve to try to continue to charge the prices for NY style for everything you can get at the grocery store for half the price! What nerve all the way around!!

I could possibly write paragraph about this place of how everything was fenomenal. We come from Tolleson happen to drive by this place. We knew it was local and not chain and had to stop. From the sandwiches to the soup of the day an pastries was amazing top tier. Great portions, fresh, my kiddos are picky eaters and devoured the sandwiches. They greeted my boys with cookie and baguette. The place it’s self super cute and clean. Met the owner the ladies in the back every one. You can tell everyone is happy to make you the meal with love. Thank you all to the stuff stoping to our table greeting us. Definitely will be going back ps. They also have diner. 😆

Went in for lunch was taken back by all the goodies they had to offer.They had great customer service everyone was very welcoming. I ordered a sandwich and am very picky so I went for the basic one.I was offered different bread options but must have missed the detail of my sandwich coming with mayo. All three slices were caked of mayo if it weren’t for that I would have enjoyed it even more.

I stopped by to try the canoli and try other items. I chose four canoli and two brownies. Neither was to my liking. The canoli just didn't taste right. The outer shell was soft. The filling was kinda dry. I've had canoli at other places and that is why I tried them here. I will not buy them from here again. I have had better brownies at local bake sales. I paid way too much for the six items. Im disappointed.
