It was Sunday 03/24/2024 7pm at night there was 2 ladies I asked for venti pink drink she gave me Grande size without asking my permission , then I asked her that I want venti she said they don’t have that’s why she gave me grande then they gave me a bigger size Trenta and they charged me 53 cent it’s not about the money I spent thousands of dollars on Starbucks a year. I think I deserve to be treated much better than that , they were super rude and disrespectful. This is not a Starbucks employee's!!!!

I recommend you keep your orders as simple as possible for this location. I was in from out of town, and I ordered one of my favorites. I ordered it EXACTLY like I always do at home, and it always comes properly made. The young man taking my order didn't understand what I ordered, so he asked (kudos to him) and asked if I wanted it hot or cold. I specified hot. As I was waiting for my order I heard the young lady with the nose ring speaking derisively and mockingly about my order. I'm sorry there are no Black Aprons available in the store to make sure the staff is properly trained on drinks and what they're properly called. They were clearly in the weeds, so I didn't call her out for her rudeness. A word of advice for this store: don't badmouth the paying customers or their orders while they're in earshot. It's petty and unprofessional.Oh, and my drink was made incorrectly. A HOT drink isn't made with COLD milk.

Should have stayed in the car ?. I'll make my own coffee from here on in. $ 6.00 cup of coffee will buy some fine beans to grind. Everything is tuned for the drive thru.Bathrooms are locked I had to ask for a code

Drive through was fine the girl had to re-ring up order because she failed to see the app ? I had on my phone to scan hanging out the window..never had that happen

When did Starbucks stop displaying food? Why do they only carry very few choices in the food now.? When did they stop appreciating customers? And when did they start expecting tips. Thank goodness there are more coffee shop choices!

The past few times I’ve gone to this location the drinks I’ve bought are completely watered down, don’t taste anything in my wife’s drink or mine. I got a coffee ?‍♂️ Don’t go to this location!

Not a very friendly store. Had two out of three drinks ready waited for about 10 minutes until I asked about my third drink was told its coming up. Looked at the drinks that they had ready for the drive thur and asked them to check if mine was there. Yeap mine was there no sorry no nothing that's after waiting another 10 more minutes.

The drinks are always inconsistent, the brown sugar shaken espresso is suppose to have layers of colors I always receive mines completely one color like a lattesnd It’s bland.The employees are rude most of the time.This Starbucks is just not like the othersSomething must be wrong in there

One of the worker lady’s at the drive through was very rude I was very friendly asked her a question about the rewards and got a snappy reply and attitude had never had a issue previously left me in a sour mood leaving.
