Understaffed, so wait staff not attentive at all. They've cut back on cocktail serving size. Gin martini glass was only half full, about three sips. Red wine was old, very old. Coconut shrimp horrible, overcooked. Tuna melt inedible, could not even cut with the butter knife provided. Two meatballs, refrigerator cold on the inside, with warm sauce on top, and soggy garlic bread. So disappointed.. used to be reliably delicious food at a reasonable price.
As new residents at Ironwood, we've been making our way through all the dining options in each phase. Today was our final stop at Cottonwood Bar & Grill, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience.
Our server was friendly, attentive, and did her best throughout the meal. We started with the Wisconsin Cheese Curds, which were excellent and definitely lived up to the recommendation.

Abby did a great job taking care of our table of 8, greeted us with a huge inviting smile, menus and water.
We enjoy the large shrimp appetizer, which were delicious.
All of our food was tasty as well. The burgers had great flavor! Love the onion rings and fries.
Drinks were good. Restaurant was clean, several tables options for big groups.
