Well maintained... Excellent restaurant in gated community. Well managed HOA. Exceptional golf courses.. tennis.. pickleball.. fitness center.. concert center... special interest club activites...large swimming pools... walking paths around lakes.. private very secure.. voted one of the best active adult communities in Az.
