I had one of their bowls where you got to choose the ingredients and it was amazing. I had the portobello mushrooms, the assorted mushrooms and the broccoli that was shredded instead of noodles. And also had the pasta marinara which was very good as well. Love the bread.

Had a reservation for 3. While we were waiting to be seated a walk in customer got seated right away. Once we finally go seated we sat there for about 15 minutes with not a single person come great us and get us drinks. No water, nothing. Another couple came in and got seated right away at the booth next to us. A minute later a waitress came up and greeted them and took their drink order. Guess they didn't care about us. Time to leave and go to Oregano's. Got excellent service for Oregano's. Even the manager came by each table checking on customer. This wasn't the first time getting bad service from this dump. But it will be the last time I go there. Oregano's from now on!

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your restaurant with my daughter.
We were greeted by your hostess, who was warm and friendly—definitely a positive start to our evening. However, the experience quickly went downhill. After being seated (in a restaurant that only had about three occupied tables), it took approximately five minutes for our server to approach us.
Our appetizer arrived cold, which was disappointing, especially given the low volume of customers. I didn’t make a fuss and ate it anyway. Unfortunately, the main course followed the same trend—also served cold.
I had ordered the grilled chicken, expecting a freshly prepared protein option given the additional charge. Instead, I was served chopped pieces of what tasted like old, pre-cooked chicken—dry and lacking any flavor. I mentioned this to our server, who said she would speak with the manager and have the chef recook the chicken. What came back, however, was still unappetizing: grey, tough, and clearly not fresh.
I left feeling frustrated that I had spent $60 on a meal that was far below expectations. Based on this experience, I’m genuinely surprised this location receives much business.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I would hate for other guests to have a similar experience.

Excellent customer service. I cannot think about anything negative.
We ordered a Chicken Garlic Pasta, Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan, White Buffalo Chicken, Martini Pasta (roasted chicken, artichokes, and olives). They served us bread with EVOO and balsamic (it was warm and soft). We ordered salads and they were the star of the show (recommend the Caesar Salad). We ordered wine and soft drinks. Also, a baboo cookie ice cream and cannolis.
The place was absolutely beautiful inside. Love their modern, industrial design with a bit of brutalist atmosphere. The wallpaper is gorgeous. The lighting is just right. They seem to have space for special events like rehearsal dinners, office celebrations, or just big family parties. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms were cleaned.
We believe it is decently priced and the overall experience is worth coming back to. I wish the absolute best to this business!!!
Note to management: I would only suggest the kitchen to revise the flavor profile of their Chicken Garlic Pasta. I would recommend adding more salt, peppers or any sort of heat to elevate the plate.
Babbo is consistently a great dining experience. The food is excellent. Had the bruschetta trio and it tasted amazing. My favorite was the spicy fig. Others in my party had the spaghetti and meatballs - a classic dish, well executed; the make your own calzone - very large and excellent flavor, and chicken limone, also excellently prepared. Our server Sophia was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. This was my first time at the Surprise location. Love the consistent wonderful experience.

Omgosh, this was my first time here, and this was probably one of my top.favorites.. I had the 3 item calzone and I died and gone to heaven, I couldn't say enough about the food...The service was impeccable, Sophia made our visit like we were her family , she took the best care of us, never needing to ask for drinks, always topped off.. our service, the food, was the best experience,, Thank you Babbos amd Sophia..

The cocktail was small. Food was ok, but service was slow. Table was small and not too clean. Surprisingly there was a “transaction “ fee added to the bill. Never seen this before , but added to the sales tax, it came to over 5%.
