This would be one of my favorite places to eat from but I always get unfriendly service. Why is it a big deal to request extra rice? I don't get all the other sides, just rice, meat, and salsa.

Every time we go here, it’s filthy. The counters have smeared food all over them, the portion sizes are super small and if you ask for extra meat, they charge you even though they didn’t give you a full portion to begin with. The people who work there don’t seem to listen and can be rude when you ask them to change their gloves or clean their station as I don’t want to cross contaminate food and get sick as a result. They are mostly young kids and just push you through the food line. If you don’t like your job get another one! I remember when chipotle was a respectable company but it’s gone way downhill. For the price they charge for their food, they should be providing better service!

Ordered food 45 minutes prior to closing, only could have one burrito made. As there was no steak or chicken left. The employees are obviously lazy at their job since they cannot provide the food that is on the menu within store hours. Yes… it was late. But if the store wants to say they’re open this late, then they should provide the food on the menu. They need to close the store down sooner or let customers know that not all ingredients are sold for the last hour. It all comes down to the employees lack of work ethic to provide what the store claims to provide lol!

The portions and food are all over the place. The kids that work here were very loud and were conversating while making my food. was not paying attention to my order. Got upset when I asked for more corn. Just very unprofessional and won’t go back to this

I ordered through doordash. There was hardly any steak. There was leftover food stuck to the wrapping of the burrito, and I don't know if they use the same spoon for everything, but corn, pinto beans, and red salsa was put into my burrito when I didn't order it. Maybe try different spoons.
Don’t order through the chipotle app at the Waddell and 303 location unless you want a pinner burrito. Got a bowl for my sister and that was loaded with how you would imagine their portions to be. But my burrito? Maybe 6 pieces of chicken and was basically rolled up rice. Thanks a
