Good food and the staff is friendly. I actually don't know why they have so many bad reviews. I've eaten here at least a dozen times and it's always a good experience.
I waited in line forever at chipotle to see if my online order went through and it did not. They told me I had to get back in line at the end of the line to get a burrito. I had already waited 5-10 minutes for it to be my turn. RidiculousI decided to go elsewhere since there are a lot of other choices.

This would be one of my favorite places to eat from but I always get unfriendly service. Why is it a big deal to request extra rice? I don't get all the other sides, just rice, meat, and salsa.
