You can tell if they don't like their job. They don't mix well at all. Makes the mixtures not that good. Im only giving it a 3 star because cold stone itself doesn't deserve less than a 3. It's just sad they have employees who hate their job.

Decided to stop by with my mom for a little birthday treat last night (May 20th) around 7 pm. We walked in and were greeted right away with a warm hello, and despite the line - we were helped super quick. The gal that was making our ice cream was absolutely delightful. She was friendly & made my entire night with her jokes! We got to use my BOGO coupon - no issues. Ice cream was perfection. Wonderful service!

Ice cream selections always great.
My only concern about this location in the summer are the large west facing windows. This place gets so hot and stuffy! I walked in recently and walked right out because it smelled so bad. I thought the ice creams must be melting causing the bad aroma. They need fans blowing in there and the windows need heavy protection due to parishable food products that...
