I had a craving for brisket so I placed an online curbside order for 2 sandwich combos. I received a call saying they were out of brisket for the night. I told them to cancel the order and I was directed to the website to cancel. However, there’s no option to cancel online. I called back and asked for chicken instead. They said the chicken may not be ready, he had to check. They made it happen.I had to go inside to get the order despite curbside and there were no drink carriers. Got home and received chicken ends for each sandwich. The chicken was so nasty and had no flavor we gave it to the dogs.Gave it another try the next day. Placed another order online. Went inside and had to wait 25 minutes after the pick up time. Other people came in ordered their food sat and ate while I still waited. When I finally get my order, they had no tops for the sides, no straws, and no tops for the cups. They did have drink carriers this time. When I got home I opened the bag and none of the sauce I ordered was in the bag, chicken wings were pink, and they gave me the wrong drink. The employees seemed to be tying to do their best but what a huge disappointment.…

I've been to a few Dickeys but this one was rather blah. The people behind the counter seemed more concerned goofing off with each other and even being right by the plastic window thing we still had to say excuse me a few times before they looked at us. That just made the over all dining experience mediocre. The food, I got the rib meal and it was ok but definitely did not seem fresh, seemed old like it sat in a heater and it wasn't even hot when it came out, the Mac and Cheese you could tell was old and they just threw it into a microwave to heat it up which made it the only thing hot on my plate. Disappointing

Overall terrible experience. We had ordered delivery through their site at 6:00pm for a 7:00pm delivery that they approved. They call us at 6:45pm and tell us they have no french fries that we ordered AND that no one would be delivering our meal, they don't deliver to us amd we need to come get it. When asked about a refund for the delivery charge and other fees they include. They told us to refer to their site for help. Now it's been well over a week and no one had reached out about our refund. On top of all that. The food was subpar. Overall experience I would never go back.TLDR; Subpar food. Terrible experience/ service. I would not recommend you go here.

They really seem to be cutting costs. The meat was good though.

First off, I usually love Dickeys BBQ. This was the absolute worst excuse for a Dickeys, the frys on my two meat plate were so salty I couldn't even finish more than a couple of them. The brisket wasn't even brisket it was like two day old Chuck roast. The pulled pork was like eating dry rubbed shredded rubber bands with almost no smoke. They were out of almost every side. This location does not have the ice cream machine available. The tea sweet and unsweetened were both "out"

The help need to be schooled on how to cut brisket. They cut the brisket with the grain, allowing it to dry out over the next couple hours and when I got my brisket, it was tougher than boot leather. I drove back 10 miles from my house to return it and they got me fresh brisket, cut across the grain and it was nice and juicy far from being the best brisket I have ever had but it was good. just a suggestion ask for a sample of the brisket to make sure it’s not dried out.

Looked forward to visiting as we hadn’t been here in a while. Was SUPER disappointed to find the ice cream was no longer available, the soda fountain had been reduced to a basic one, the bread served with the meal was now a greasy slice of thick toast rather than a roll and the fries were basic “bits” that were over cooked and over salted. Drinks are now extra, the tables are rickety and the music sucked and was too loud to carry a conversation at your own table. Couple all of this with the fact that the meals are about $5-9 MORE than they used to be. Kids meals are now $9.25!! Way too expensive and absolutely nothing about my visit made it stand out in a good way.

Had to remove a couple stars. No more ice cream, out of barbecue sauce. How do you run out of barbecue sauce at a barbecue restaurant?

Check your orders before you leave! I ordered a brisket sandwich and the guy behind the counter. Asked me if I could chop it up for me. I told him no, but that's what I got anyway, and it ended up being all the black pieces of brisket scraps that I got on my sandwich.

I went to this Dickey's to get Two Pounds of CHOPPED brisket for sandwiches and Three pounds of ribs. Once I got back to the house I found the brisket wasn't chopped but cubed with a lot of fat and gristle, unsuitable for sandwiches. I returned to this location to point out their error where the manager just gave me a stupid look and told me "That is chopped, you got what you asked for" The rude remark and the obvious lack of intention to correct the situation left me no option but to take the $ 120.00 of meat, that was not to my satisfaction, home. Once we got it home we found the bulk of the brisket was fat and gristle and we were able to get Five small servings of non fat pieces. The ribs turned out to be dry and uneatable. We will never go back to this Dickey's again and would recommend anybody looking for some barbecue, go elsewhere.

Ordered two pounds of Chopped brisket (For Sandwiches) and three pounds of ribs. The brisket wasn't chopped but cut into one inch cubes and was mostly fat and gristle. When I asked to have the brisket chopped the managers response was "That is chopped, what do you expect". When I got the $ 120.00 of meat home and we pulled out all the fat and gristle we had less than pound of brisket and the ribs we dry and overcooked. Stay away from this location. The employees are rude and the food isn't worth the price.

The brisket is full of fat and gristle. I had asked for it to be chopped and ended up with One inch cubes that weren't cut all the way though the strips. When I asked to have it chopped I was very rudely told "That is chopped". I also bought three pounds of ribs along with the Two pounds of brisket to feed my family. Once I got the food home and we picked out all the fat and gristle from the brisket we ended up with let than a pound of eatable meat. The ribs turned out to be dry and overcooked.
