Food is good, but very small servings.
Brisket sandwich looked like a slider bun.
Ordered two pounds of Chopped brisket (For Sandwiches) and three pounds of ribs. The brisket wasn't chopped but cut into one inch cubes and was mostly fat and gristle. When I asked to have the brisket chopped the managers response was "That is chopped, what do you expect". Menu
Dickey's Barbecue Pit offers a mixed experience. While some found the sandwiches satisfying, others were disappointed by the cold food. The staff is generally friendly, with a standout member. Recent changes in the menu and pricing left some customers dissatisfied, with complaints about the quality of sides like French fries and the absence of ice cream. The atmosphere, including loud music and basic decor, did not enhance the dining experience. Some customers appreciated the overall cleanliness and friendly service, with staff going above and beyond to help. The Big Yellow Cup and Dickey's barbecue sauce remain popular staples. However, not all meals meet expectations; for example, the brisket was tough, and some sides like mac&cheese and BBQ baked beans were not up to standard. Overall, opinions on Dickey's Barbecue Pit seem to vary, with some enjoying the food and service, while others were let down by recent changes.
