Twice now back to back we have ordered from this location for delivery and the order has been completely wrong. First time we didn't get the dozen donuts we ordered. This time we only got a half dozen. Y'all can effectively take my money but can't do the same to fulfill my order?! If you can't do what you opened your doors to do, then close your doors.
Horrible customer service. This morning it was pouring rain. There was barely anyone in the drive thru. They were out of a couple things. I asked to order a dozen doughnuts and was told it would have to be pre assorted. I said no thats not ok because I knew the ones I wanted. Horrible hot cocoa and donuts come with free hair. They will never answer the phone so you can let management know there is a problem. Most DDs are great....find one of those cause this ain’t it!
