Starters, I don’t normally write reviews, I’m saying this as a former employee who has repeatedly had drinks messed up. Went through today and the line was moving very fast. When i get to the window they’re finishing my drink and the guy at the window looks at the girl on bar and says “no sprinkles” for a CPB (which comes with sprinkles). small example but i’ve had issues with this location a handful of times messing up my order or not training well enough anymore...
Depending on time of day but this place is usually packed with cars in the drive thru, however...Don't be discouraged. They move very quickly and the staff is always friendly and very helpful.

We stopped by Dutch Bros today and had such a great experience! Trinity was super friendly and upbeat, and the service was fast and flawless. Trinity had such a beautiful smile and made our day with her positive energy. Our drinks were perfect, and we left in a better mood than when we arrived.
