We went here after a long day at work to have the reminiscing of what we had back in the day 90’s. Well…. Weren’t we a-little disappointed.. the food was salty and the breadsticks. Don’t get me started on them. Ok you talked me into it, the breadsticks needed to be like they used to be , bigger.. I mean olive garden has better ones than Fazoli’s. The atmosphere was nice and cozy and wasn’t like we had back then but I understand it more modern for modern times. Overall...
Review would be higher but so far, every time I’ve been here they’ve forgotten an item on my order. Once is understandable, twice a mistake, three+ is a problem. The money adds up and food isn’t exactly as affordable as it used to be.
We just tried Fazoli's for the first time and it will definitely be one of our favorite food spots!!! Everything was super hot, flavor was amazing. The ziti is so so good!! Service was quick too! Glad to have them in Surprise.
