We LOVE this location. Matthew especially is so warm and welcoming. I adore how much Firehouse supports first responders and our military. They also have really fun promotions via email! This location is always clean and smells incredible when you walk in the door. I highly recommend!!

Took my family here for dinner. I ordered black olives on my sandwich and didn’t receive them. No big deal. We tried to sign up for the app and there was no code on the receipt for the validation code. When I asked the manager she told me that there was nothing that they can do that The code was removed from the receipt. And we can’t get our points now

The cashier is snotty and rolling eyes from the moment I watched her when I came thru the door and the other 3 customers after me . The others were greeting welcoming and had smiles on maybe she doesn’t appreciate or like her job .
