Love Groundshaker coffee bar!!! Love their creations every week something new? and yesss they brought back their pumpkin spice cheesecake muffin for the holidays. Breakfast wraps are delicious and filling. Lunch wraps are perfect and made just for you! Service is great and love their theme.

I'm big on customer service, first impressions are everything. When I walked in there was a huge lack their of, unfortunately. No smiles, no greeting, nada. Other people walked in and I noticed the same quietness in the store. Not inviting at all lol like every single employee had a frown which was awkward ordering. They asked for my name for my coffee and I sat down and waited for my name to be called. Which never happened. After a few minutes I went up and no one said anything....

This was my first visit. My daughter thought the Vanilla Almond Iced Latte tasted great. The Green Tea was good. The croissant and the croissant sandwich were a bit smooshed. I think this place would be much better if the service was better. The staff needs to greet the customers with a smile. She did not smile once the entire time we were there. Hospitality and personality go a long way.
