New to hummus republic soon as we walked in we was greeted by Rob (very nice and patient) who is very knowledgeable of the food and we was able to try free samples. Service was great the the food is 10/10 and the pita chips are to die for. Also met the GM Jeremey very nice guy he came and made sure we was ok and if we needed anything. I will be bck!!! If u guys think CAVA IS GOOD THEN I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND U TRY HUMMUS REPUBLIC 😉

What a treat! Our 1st time here and the menu seemed daunting. However, Rob, who seemed to be the manager, breezily guided us through the process of building our own pita filled with delicious veggies and chicken and sauce. Thank you!
