We stopped in on a Saturday evening and had the Irish Philly and Rueben. Big portions. The sandwichs were good. The bread was soft and fresh. I am curious about other menu items andI would go back if I was in the neighborhood.
Decent spot for food and drinks. We came on a night with live music, which was fun. Our food was good. Service was not great, but not the worst. It did take quite a while to track someone down to get a few more drinks from the bar and water refills, but I’d come again.
We took the advice of others and got the fish and chips. Very good. The batter was crispy and flaky; could use a bit of seasoning, but that is a personal preference. We also ordered the seafood chowder (class, shrimp, and fish) and that was perfectly seasoned. Would definitely come back.
