04/08/24-UpdateEmployee taking order didn't know anything about the menu items. When we got our order, popcorn chicken it was luke warm and hard like it had been sitting for a long time. Same with the fries. Forgot to put the sauce in we ordered. Told us to go park in waiting space #2. With no cars in line behind us? What for? For the luke warm food we got. Employees were huddled in the order area talking to each other and laughing it up. No wonder the food sucked....Trash overflowing out of all trash cans in the dining room and all over the floors. Restrooms were also in horrible shape. Food was made very well, was hot and fresh cooked.

My partner and I stopped by on our way home from morning errands. We opted to put in a mobile order because I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted and wanted to make things easier for the staff. While placing my order, there was an error and I had to check out twice (my bag was still there, so I assumed it didn't go through). The employees inside told me when I picked it up that it had gone through twice and they cancelled the other one. I was so grateful!Then when we got home, almost everything in our order had something wrong with it. We ordered two breakfast jacks - neither of them had any meat. We ordered two 5+$ croissant sausage breakfast sandwiches. Neither of them had any sausage. How the hell do you send out four breakfast sandwiches without any meat in them and not even let the customer know if you're out of meat or something?I work in retail so I would literally understand if they didn't have it and we placed an online order so they have to fulfil it. They were able to tell me that my order got double -placed, but they were willing to let me leave missing effectively all of the meat from everything but my burger?We will not be coming back to this location.

Waited at in line to get to the speaker box for 15 minutes to be told they are out of Tacos after we asked for tacos made specific we could see in the open back door to the employee clearly making tacos WITHOUT gloves on to be stuck in line to get nothing for another 15 minutes

The Jack munchie box sucked. Burger burnt and cold. Curly fries and onion rings (which I got the minimal amount on both) were harder then a rock. The drink was supposed to be a coca cola... But I got a diet coke. Cookies were frozen! Will not be ordering from here again!!!

I'm not sure how jack in the box stays open nowadays. Every time I go after hours its bad cold food and attitude. Yo i didn't do anything to you, why start off like you want to fight. Just close and operate normal hours your overnight staff is the worst. Most of the time the system is updating or they block the thru. Why am I the only one in the drive thru at 2am but waiting 10+ minutes for my order to be taken. I have not been to a jack in the box in years and my experience last night comfirms why.Parking: I hate jack in the box now,
DON'T GO HERE!! The worst hamburger I have ever had. Dry as a Hockey Puck, NO TASTE whatsoever. I was the only one at the counter and it still took 5 minutes to take my order. I WILL NEVER BE BACK, SOOOO BAD.Dear Owner:What makes you think I would be STUPID ENOUGH to waste my time and money to come into your resturant and try it again after only a few days. I dought that anything has changed, PLUS you did not offer to give me my money back on the bad experience that I already had. How dumb do you think I am?

Very slow even for small, easy orders. Food is never great, just ok or really bad. Employee in drive thru is extremely unpleasant, and pretty rude. Burgers are cold, burnt and feel like they were made days ago and they just throw it in the microwave real quick. They also have a habit of forgetting items. We love jack in the box but this one is a disappointment more often then not.
