Clean, quick service, good value. Four of us ordered original double burgers, fries, chili cheese hot dog, milk shake, onion rings, and turtle signature custard sundae. It was alll good. Nothing special about teh fry sauce,which they sell in big bottles. The burger was dry and needed sauce of some sort but teen son liked the Freddy’s burger better than In-N-Out.

Went for lunch with the wife. ordered the steakburger and fish burger. Burger had the two patties as advertised. however, the patties are mashed to a nearly paper thin medium and cooked to well well done status. Our burger came with rye bread bun, cheese and onion. They also have some sauce you can put on it. With burgers being so well done you need some sauce to make it less dry. The fish sandwich was pretty good. only con is it is not very large. if a light lunch is your choice than this sandwich does the trick. It also needs some kind of sauce to increase the moistness which I prefer. As for the future I will most likely seek another burger place to go to.

Loved it here. Food is cooked to order so you may wait a little while but it is well worth it. Great portion size. Great choice of drinks too. Highly recommend!

Really good burgers with lots of fries. This establishment is also owned by a WWII Veteran and they offer Active Duty and Retired Military a nice discount!!!

The burgers are sooooooo goooood!!!! The sauce is amazing!! Don’t forget to ask for some for your fries. Love the cheese sauce for the fries as well. Great deserts too.

They have really great custard but their burgers are wonderful. A wonderful place to take the kids or for a quick meal. They are speedy in service but friendly. Very clean!

Don't usually comment on "fast food" franchises but this one I found to be exceptional. Facilities clean, tables bussed, service good and staff attentive. Food was tasty and generous portion of fries. Certainly a place to visit with family for an old fashion burger and fries.
Brought a group of teens (6 teens one Adult) for a meal on the way to another event. Everything was Smoooooth! Odered at the counter, prepped our drinks and grabbed a booth. Food was prompt and delicious. Freddy's makes it easy and offers a few menu items that other fast food does not so we took advantage and had a few "treats".

I love finding a Freddy’s all over the country! Found this Freddy’s here in Surprise, AZ with the new Jalapeño Pepper jack Steakburger! It was so good!! My new favorite! If you’ve never been to Freddy’s, you need to try it. And don’t forget to get an amazing custard afterward!!

The fries are thin but good. The burgers are ok but you have to order a double because the meat is so thin. We did not have a shake there but they look good.

Hit this place one evening on the way out of town, it's more than just your standard burger fare, they have some other great meal items as well. Food quality is good, and you get a good meal to price ration here. Love there fry sauce and skinny jumbo basket of fries will fill you up after tackling any monstrous burger you get there. Large selection of drinks and deserts, forgo the pop and get a thick shake/ malt...I should have got one, but you know me, I'm cheap... yes even on vacation and winning the lottery I'm cheap. The place is spacious, that have booths that will fit most everyone from the game of thrones show, as well as some for that more intimate date night. It's a fun place, I highly recommend it. The particular night I was there the asst mgr/ cash register dude was very polite, enthusiastic and customer focused, as so did his team seem to be. So if you get hip to this kind of tip, get your kicks at Freddy's. Yeah I had to go there.

This time just went in for an early afternoon custard treat. Of course we always love their steak burgers and they sure have many types to choose from. Do like that they have a selection of sizes for their sundaes. Have had the regular size which is a huge amount of custard with the toppings. So I know I would have eaten the whole regular size but went with the mini size turtle sundae and it was really full of custard with lots of fudge, super fresh pecans, lots of whipped cream topped with a stemmed cherry. And usually they call your number to come up and get your order but this time a staff member brought them over to us. Very nice touch. Super friendly staff. Nice pictures around the booths of Freddy's family history and great oldies tunes playing. Has a drive thru and a patio in front. Great to visit after a movie just up the road from here.
