Trapper's Sushi Co. Reviews
Quick and friendly service. I love the entrees with soup and cucumber salad. The Mt Rainier is a great roll . Always leave satisfied.

Trapper's Sushi Co. sits in the Buckeye/Phoenix area and is a popular spot on the west side. The menu is described as awesome, with creative specialty rolls like the Hibiki roll, Blueberry Lemon Drop, Mountain roll, and Tis’ the Salmon roll. Diners often praise the sushi bar and the all‑you‑can‑eat option, noting that the food is always great and the chefs and waitresses are nice and wonderful. The kids menu is highlighted as super cool, offering a lot for $8 and fun boats that children eat all of it. Service is frequently praised; servers are amazing and attentive, especially when dealing with allergies. Some reviews mention that the rice can vary, with some nigiri not sticky, while others find the salmon nigiri perfect. One reviewer noted a dislike for a seared tuna seasoning, but overall many return for the great rolls. The sushi bar is a cool concept. Overall, Trapper's Sushi Co. is recommended for those looking for sushi and a great place.
