I was just at your location at 15423 W Waddell Rd #104, Surprise, AZ 85379 at approximately 3:00. 3 different employees walking around with masks not covering their noses and mouths. None of the several employees had gloves on. All your employees handeling food of any kind did not have masks covering their noses and mouths, at all.A 4th employee came from behind the counter with his mask not covering neither his nose or mouth. we ordered our food at 5:08 p.m. which was 2 "hot and ready" pizzas and a crazy bread. we were told 11 minutes. people came and left in the time we waited. when we asked about our order and asked how long it had been, the guy at the front took it personally, then we asked for the manager and she refused to come speak to us but decided to hand him a $5 bill with an attitude, for our wait... we got our pizzas at 5:37...
Worst service ever. Mia I think was her name and she was a complete A-hole to other employees and customers when SHE messed up the order. No apology left her mouth and at least 20 customers left angry. She responded defensively every time. Multiple customers came in after me and ordered and left before me. They finally handed me cold pizza that was sitting out for another customer after I waited 25 minutes for a hot and ready. Never again!
